Appointments before 9:00 a.m. and after 7:00 p.m. will have a $20.00 service charge and appointments on Sundays will have a $30 service charge. Your treatment time is very important so therefore; we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event that you need to cancel, you will need to notify us 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel the requested appointment time, you will be charged the treatment fee to your hotel room. If you book your appointment less than 24 hours prior to treatment and you cancel the appointment, you will be charged for the treatment. |
