We believe Hiatus is the perfect little hideaway in La Jolla. Located adjacent to the Hotel La Jolla pool, Hiatus serves-up bites and cocktails for the perfect accompaniment to your day lounging in the sun. And when the sun goes down, Hiatus sets the mood, to hang out, relax, and sip one of our mixologist's flavorful concoctions by the cozy outdoor fireplace. Imagine this poolside scene - a daiquiri done Hemingway-style with real fruit and the fresh Pacific Ocean breeze. You've found yourself that little escape by the shore you have been looking for.

If you're looking for a casual place to grab a bite, Hiatus also features an innovative Mediterranean-inspired menu. Try one of the mouth-watering sandwiches, like the bacon avocado grilled cheese, or a tasty prosciutto ricotta, and fig crostini - or three. Its ok we won't tell.
